Now Hiring: Dental Practice Administrator San Antonio Area | Multi-Office Dental GroupAre you a proven dental leader who thrives on accountability, growth, and helping teams succeed?We are seeking an experienced Dental Practice Administrator to join our growing dental organization. This is not a supervisory role where you simply oversee a team from a distance. We are looking for a true leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves, work alongside the front office team, and drive results through coaching, systems, and accountability.What We're Looking For<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of dental leadership experience</li><li>Prior experience as a Practice Administrator, Office Manager, Regional Manager, or similar leadership role</li><li>Demonstrated success leading dental teams and improving practice performance</li><li>Strong understanding of scheduling, insurance, treatment acceptance, collections, and patient experience</li><li>Ability to coach, train, and hold team members accountable</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Positive, team-oriented leadership style</li></ul>This Position Is NOT For Someone Who:<ul><li>Has only supervised a small team without operational responsibility</li><li>Prefers to manage from behind a desk</li><li>Avoids difficult conversations or accountability</li><li>Is unwilling to jump in and support the front office when needed</li></ul>What You'll Do<ul><li>Partner directly with front office teams to improve daily operations</li><li>Lead scheduling optimization, patient retention, and treatment acceptance initiatives</li><li>Monitor KPIs, collections, production, new patients, and patient experience metrics</li><li>Coach and develop team members through consistent feedback and training</li><li>Conduct morning huddles, team meetings, and performance reviews</li><li>Ensure systems and processes are followed consistently across the practice</li><li>Create a positive culture focused on growth, accountability, and exceptional patient care</li></ul>About UsWe are a doctor-owned, family-operated dental organization committed to providing exceptional patient care while building strong teams and leaders.
