Job Description:To manage end-to-end yarn sourcing, vendor development, and production planning to ensure uninterrupted supply of quality yarn at competitive prices, supporting smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.Key Responsibilities:1. Yarn Sourcing &amp; Procurement<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with yarn suppliers for quality, price, and timely delivery.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for reliable supply.</li><li>Ensure sourcing aligns with production schedules and cost targets.</li><li>Monitor global and domestic yarn market trends, prices, and availability.</li></ul>2. Planning &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Prepare monthly/weekly yarn sourcing plans based on sales forecasts and production schedules.</li><li>Monitor yarn stock levels, lead times, and consumption patterns to avoid shortages or overstocking.</li><li>Coordinate with production, sales, and warehouse teams for smooth material flow.</li><li>Optimize inventory turnover while maintaining required safety stocks.</li></ul>3. Cost &amp; Quality Control<ul><li>Benchmark supplier prices and ensure cost competitiveness.</li><li>Collaborate with quality teams for yarn testing and approval.</li><li>Minimize sourcing costs without compromising quality.</li><li>Implement supplier audits and compliance checks.</li></ul>4. Coordination &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Work closely with weaving, knitting, and production teams to align yarn availability with production needs.</li><li>Provide regular MIS reports on sourcing status, cost analysis, inventory health, and supplier performance.</li><li>Support management in strategic sourcing decisions and risk mitigation.</li></ul>Key Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of yarn types, blends, and applications in textiles.</li><li>Expertise in vendor management, negotiation, and supplier development.</li><li>Good understanding of production planning and inventory management.</li><li>Analytical and decision-making skills with cost-conscious approach.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems and textile supply chain processes.</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;394,287.61 - &#8377;1,301,143.37 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
