The role ensures system reliability, security compliance, and timely resolution of technical issues for clients and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Installation &amp; ConfigurationInstall and configure CCTV systems (IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs)Install and configure access control systems (card readers, biometric devices, controllers, locks)Configure network settings, IP addressing, VLANs, and PoE switchesIntegrate CCTV with access control, alarm, and monitoring systemsTechnical Support &amp; TroubleshootingDiagnose and resolve camera, recorder, and access control faultsTroubleshoot network connectivity, latency, and bandwidth issuesHandle hardware failures, firmware upgrades, and system updatesProvide remote and on-site technical supportMaintenance &amp; OperationsPerform preventive and corrective maintenanceMonitor system performance and storage usageMaintain system documentation, diagrams, and configurationsEnsure compliance with security and safety standardsCustomer &amp; Team SupportProvide technical training to end users and operatorsSupport project teams during commissioning and handoverCoordinate with vendors and manufacturers for advanced supportMaintain service tickets and meet SLA requirements---Required Skills &amp; QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electronics, IT, or related fieldHands-on experience with CCTV and access control systemsKnowledge of IP networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, PoE)Experience with VMS platforms (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Milestone, Genetec)Familiarity with access control systems (e.g., HID, ZKTeco, Suprema, Honeywell)Ability to read wiring diagrams and system schematicsPreferred QualificationsExperience with biometric systems (fingerprint, facial recognition)Tools &amp; TechnologiesIP Cameras, NVRs, DVRsCard readers, biometric devices, controllers, magnetic locksNetwork switches, routers, PoE injectorsTesting tools (multimeter, cable tester, crimping tools)Key CompetenciesStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsGood communication and customer-handling skillsAbility to work independently and on-siteAttention to detail and documentationJunior Engineer: Installation &amp; basic troubleshootingFresher &amp; 1 year Experienced candidates are welcomedJob Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
