Ltd., a leading luxury wedding and event management company, is looking for a Wedding Planner &amp; Decor Designer who can handle client servicing, venue coordination, and d&eacute;cor planning while contributing to sales and business growth.If you are passionate about weddings, enjoy working with clients, and have an eye for d&eacute;cor and detail, this role offers excellent exposure to high-end luxury weddings and premium events.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Meet and interact with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget</li><li>Manage wedding planning and venue coordination from booking to on-ground execution</li><li>Create and present wedding d&eacute;cor concepts, themes, and layouts</li><li>Coordinate with design, production, vendors, and logistics teams for seamless execution</li><li>Handle client servicing before, during, and after events</li><li>Pitch additional services and d&eacute;cor upgrades to enhance client experience and increase sales</li><li>Ensure timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met on-site</li></ul>Desired Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in wedding planning, event management, d&eacute;cor drsign</li><li>Strong client handling, sales, and relationship management skills.</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English &amp; Hindi.</li><li>Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Photoshop (Basic).</li><li>Comfortable working on-site and during events.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work on high-profile luxury weddings &amp; corporate events</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>Creative freedom and hands-on learning.</li><li>Supportive and growing team environment.</li><li>Long-term growth opportunity in the luxury events industry.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
