Job Title: Supervisor cum DriverJob Description:We are seeking a reliable and responsible Supervisor cum Driver to oversee daily site operations and ensure safe transportation of materials, staff, and equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong supervisory skills along with a valid UAE driving license and good knowledge of local routes.Key Responsibilities:Supervision Duties:<ul><li>Monitor and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Supervise workers, assign tasks, and ensure work is completed according to standards.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety rules, company policies, and site regulations.</li><li>Assist in material management, including checking quantities and verifying deliveries.</li><li>Prepare daily activity reports and update the management team.</li><li>Inspect ongoing work and ensure quality control at site.</li></ul>Driving Duties:<ul><li>Drive company vehicles to transport workers, materials, and tools safely.</li><li>Follow all traffic rules and ensure timely delivery of materials to site.</li><li>Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure regular servicing.</li><li>Report any vehicle issues, damages, or required repairs immediately.</li></ul>General Duties:<ul><li>Coordinate between office, site staff, and suppliers for efficient workflow.</li><li>Support logistics, loading/unloading, and site arrangements when required.</li><li>Handle urgent tasks or site requirements as assigned by the management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience as Supervisor/Driver in construction or facility management.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (Manual/Light Vehicle as required).</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.</li><li>Basic knowledge of site operations and materials.</li></ul>Additional Skills (Preferred):<ul><li>Experience in manpower supervision.</li><li>Knowledge of basic repair/maintenance of tools or vehicles.</li><li>Familiarity with safety procedures (HSE).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From AED3,000.00 per month
