Job Title: E-Commerce ManagerLocation: CoimbatoreAbout the Role: We are seeking a results-driven and creative E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy, manage marketplace operations, and grow brand visibility across digital platforms. You will oversee all aspects of e-commerce performance&mdash;from product listings and pricing to marketing campaigns and analytics.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and optimize online sales channels such as the company website, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other marketplaces.</li><li>Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience.</li><li>Oversee product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Coordinate with the marketing, design, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations and brand consistency.</li><li>Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and customer retention metrics.</li><li>Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email, and influencer collaborations.</li><li>Track competitor performance and market trends to identify new opportunities.</li><li>Prepare regular reports and insights for management review.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in e-commerce management &amp; digital marketing (D2C experience preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of online sales funnels, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.), and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication and project-management skills.</li><li>Data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving ability.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.</li><li>Knowledge of performance marketing and automation tools.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;70,000.00 - &#8377;90,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
