Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR &amp; Finance Executive with 1&ndash;3 years of experience to support day-to-day human resources operations and basic financial processes. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong analytical ability, and a hands-on approach to both HR and finance tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.</li><li>Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.</li><li>Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance reviews.</li><li>Manage HR documents such as appointment letters, HR policies, and exit formalities.</li><li>Handle payroll inputs: attendance summary, leaves, overtime, and deductions.</li><li>Address employee queries and support HR compliance activities.</li></ul>Finance &amp; Accounts<ul><li>Assist in daily bookkeeping and accounting entries (invoices, payments, expenses).</li><li>Support monthly closing activities and reconciliation of accounts.</li><li>Prepare and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.</li><li>Handle vendor payment processing, receipt tracking, and petty cash management.</li><li>Assist with GST/TDS filing work (coordination with accountant if needed).</li><li>Support budgeting, cost tracking, and financial audits.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in HR and/or finance roles.</li><li>Knowledge of HR processes, payroll basics, and statutory compliance.</li><li>Understanding of accounting principles, Excel, and basic financial documentation.</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage confidential information.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with HRMS software.</li><li>Knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work independently.</li></ul>Salary Range&#8377;18,000 &ndash; &#8377;30,000 per monthJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
