Job Title: Administrator Level: Entry Level / Basic Level Location: Onsite, Egypt Salary: EGP 8,000 per monthRole OverviewWe are looking for a reliable and organized Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. This is an entry-level onsite role based in Egypt, suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle routine office tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day administrative and office support tasks</li><li>Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner</li><li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally</li><li>Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and calendar coordination</li><li>Prepare basic reports, letters, and internal documents</li><li>Support data entry and update company records accurately</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for administrative requirements</li><li>Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed</li><li>Assist in maintaining a professional and well-organized office environment</li><li>Support management with general administrative duties as assigned</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is a plus</li><li>0 to 2 years of experience in administration, office support, or a similar role</li><li>Must be currently available in Egypt</li><li>Must be able to work onsite</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Basic administrative and office management skills</li><li>Good communication skills in English and Arabic</li><li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Professional attitude and willingness to learn</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage routine office work</li></ul>Preferred Qualities<ul><li>Punctual and dependable</li><li>Polite and professional in communication</li><li>Able to follow instructions and company procedures</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Salary: EGP 8,000 per month</li><li>Work Type: Onsite</li><li>Location Requirement: Candidate must be based in Egypt or available to work onsite in Egypt</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;8,000.00 - E&pound;9,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
