As a Senior In-House Counsel on the Americas Legal team reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Legal, you will make a positive impact by:</p><ul><li>
Lead management, negotiation, and drafting for commercial transactions in the Americas.</li><li>
Assist in ensuring the company stays abreast of evolving laws and regulations related to commercial transactions to ensure organizational compliance.</li><li>
Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing policies and procedures as needed tailored to the company&rsquo;s commercial activities.</li><li>
Assist in collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop effective compliance and risk management strategies and training programs.</li><li>
Assist in providing legal support and due diligence for transactions, including managing legal aspects of related negotiations and drafting.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2></div><div><p><b>
Qualifications we&rsquo;re looking for.</b></p><ul><li><b>
Experience:
</b><ul><li>3-7 years of legal experience, including time spent in commercial transactions, hardware and software sales transactions, license agreements, and similar agreements either in-house at a publicly traded company or in a top-tier law firm.</li><li>
Experience working directly with and supporting law firm partners or corporate General Counsel.</li><li>
Background working with a large range of legal disciplines, with strong knowledge and familiarity of corporate, commercial, regulatory, and intellectual property regulations.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Skills:
</b><ul><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure;</li><li>
Ability to take on new responsibilities as needed by the company;</li><li>
Strong natural leader with high integrity and team-focused mentality;</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication with experience talking to senior management;</li><li>
Experience with complex commercial transactions, with a history of sound legal and commercial judgment.</li></ul></li><li><b>

Education:
</b><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree from an accredited university;</li><li>
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited university;</li><li>
Must have an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state.</li></ul></li></ul><p><b>
