Key responsibilities also involve market analysis, client relationship management, performance monitoring, and ensuring legal compliance.The role requires strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to drive business growth in a competitive market.Core responsibilities:Team management: Lead, mentor, train, and manage a team of real estate sales agents to help them meet and exceed their sales goals.Sales strategy: Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives. This includes setting and tracking sales targets and KPIs.Market analysis: Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to inform sales tactics and identify new business opportunities.Client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, while also overseeing the handling of customer inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.Performance and reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, analyze sales data, and generate reports for senior management.
