The Relationship Specialist I responsibilities include providing unbelievable member experiences with every member interaction both in-person and on the phone, identifying member cues, asking open-ended discovery questions, and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying member needs and properly positioning VyStar financial solutions. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Use each member interaction both on the phone and in-person to provide unbelievable member experiences from greeting and welcoming, to strengthening and enhancing member relationships through quality conversations and cross-selling credit union solutions effectively.</li><li>
Identify member cues, ask open-ended discovery questions, and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying member needs.</li><li>
Understand and position consumer and business deposit, credit, insurance, and investment solutions appropriately.</li><li>
Handle personal and business account transactions, open accounts, and process various types of loan applications.</li><li>
Explain basics of credit and savings options and effectively refer more complex business products, mortgage solutions, investments options, and insurance.</li><li>
Provide additional services to members such as account maintenance, notary, wire transfer, savings bond redemption, safe deposits box services, fraud claims, and credit card disputes.</li><li>
Support and participate in all Credit Union initiatives and campaigns.</li><li>
Exercise sound judgment and discretion while remaining compliant with well-defined limits and guidelines.</li><li>
Work with relative independence to accomplish tasks.</li><li>

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION<ul><li>

Social Media Manager
ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT 
 
As the Social Media Manager, you will lead VyStar Credit Union&rsquo;s social media presence across all social platforms, driving brand awareness, product acquisition, follower growth, and positive member &amp; community engagement through engaging social-first content. You will serve as a key social ambassador between internal departments, external partners, developing and executing a comprehensive social strategy that builds VyStar&rsquo;s reputation as the credit union of the Southeast. Reporting to the Vice President, Creative Director &amp; Social Media, you will manage campaigns, content, social care, analytics, and agency relationships, while staying ahead of emerging platforms, trends, and technologies. Driving innovation through creativity and implementing AI in workflows will be critical for success.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS<ul><li>
Own the social media content calendar and lead hands-on content creation across all platforms, including writing captions, scripting short-form video, and directing or producing assets independently or with agency partners; manage user-generated content strategy to include contesting.</li><li>
Champion social-first creative innovation, working with copywriters and designers to ensure content is engaging and stops people in their scroll.</li><li>
Monitor social media keywords, trends, and user engagement and suggest content optimization.</li><li>
Develop and manage social media KPIs, monthly reporting and data for senior management presentations, and demonstrate how data informs evolution of social strategy.</li><li>
Stay on top of social trends and changes to platforms.</li><li>

3+ years&rsquo; experience managing social media content and engagement, measurement and listening through automation tools such as Sprinklr, HubSpot, and Chatmeter.</li><li>
3+ years&rsquo; experience providing customer support through social platforms.</li></ul>

Senior Systems Analyst
ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT Senior Systems Analyst will provide technical and project leadership in the support of a suite of application systems for key business areas through an understanding of system application knowledge and departmental business workflow. The candidate analyzes, designs, supports, and documents systems applications, serves as a technical subject matter expert by actively participating in the development of systems, configuration consultation, vendor evaluation, and problem resolution of multiple systems. The Senior Systems Analyst will provide project support through the design phase of systems development lifecycle, execute application configuration, and change control management for all supported applications. Under limited supervision, the candidate will design complex multi-system capabilities to meet the needs of the business, and makes recommendations in areas that require a high level of technical competency. The candidate must possess excellent diplomacy and communication skills as well as a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS<ul><li>
Analyzes business requirements, and updates and/or creates functional specifications for existing and new application systems to support and optimize Credit Union business processes.</li><li>
Perform system configuration for existing and new application systems supporting Credit Union business processes which are enterprise-wide in scope and large in complexity.</li><li>
Performs as a subject matter expert for at least two major Credit Union system (examples include but are not limited to the core financial systems, Internet Mobile Banking, lending applications, mortgage origination system, front-end applications, Enterprise Content Management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.</li><li>
Performs as a subject matter expert and assist in the cross-training of application and interfaces with department peers.</li><li>
Develops an understanding of internal and/or external customer business requirements.</li><li>
Assists in the research and design of tactical and strategic system solutions for business process and/or efficiency opportunities.</li><li>
Provides 3rd tier problem resolution assistance for system deficiencies or errors and coordinates the prompt diagnosis and resolution of application system issues that have an impact on the production environment and document management of the Credit Union business departments. Coordinates with the application vendor/development team to resolve problems and trouble tickets. Maintains application performance and integrity during ongoing development, modification and support processes. Works directly with the vendor to obtain package application support.</li><li>
Works with business operations analysts and the Quality Assurance team to assist in the development of departmental testing requirements for applications programs and coordinates completion of change management control processes related to the production and test environment. Investigates, implements, and maintains correction and lead recovery processes and activities for the application or data.</li><li>
Collaborates with the business operations analysts and technology teams in the development, testing and implementation of new applications, existing application upgrades and new application releases and participates in large group projects under the direction of an assigned Project Manager as appropriate. Works with analysts in supporting end-user requests, assists in change management controls of the production environment. Closely works with the Database Administrator building SQL scripts, maintaining application databases and recovery processes and activities for the application of data.</li><li>
There are periods when extended hours are required to meet deadlines, and when incumbent will be &ldquo;on call&rdquo; for system problems encountered at any time; 24 hour per day, 7 day per week.</li><li>
Remains competent and current through self-directed professional reading, developing professional contacts with colleagues, attending professional development courses, and attending training and/or courses required by the Information Technology team.</li><li>
