Our goal is to help learners become job-ready, freelance-ready, and financially independent through real-world skill training.We are looking for a Digital Marketing Mentor who is passionate about teaching, guiding, and transforming student careers.Role OverviewAs a Digital Marketing Mentor, you will train students, guide their projects, create academic content, manage learner communities, and ensure strong learning outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining and Mentoring<ul><li>Conduct live online classes for Digital Marketing topics</li><li>Deliver concept-based and practical training</li><li>Conduct doubt-solving sessions, project reviews, and skill-building workshops</li><li>Provide one-to-one mentorship when required</li></ul>Curriculum and Content Development<ul><li>Create learning materials including PPTs, worksheets, and case studies</li><li>Support in recording or delivering video lessons</li><li>Create assignments, quizzes, and practical tasks</li></ul>Community and Student Success<ul><li>Manage and engage the student community on Telegram or WhatsApp</li><li>Track student progress to ensure strong course completion rates</li><li>Support students with portfolio building, interview preparation, and internship guidance</li></ul>Growth and Collaboration<ul><li>Collaborate on content for GrowRank social media channels</li><li>Participate in webinars, events, and student engagement activities</li><li>Contribute ideas to improve course quality and student success</li></ul>Candidate RequirementsMust Have<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, Analytics)</li><li>Strong communication and teaching ability</li><li>Ability to simplify complex topics for beginners</li><li>Student-first attitude and mentoring mindset</li></ul>Good to Have<ul><li>Teaching or training experience</li><li>Freelancing or agency experience</li><li>Portfolio, case studies, or proof of work</li></ul>Education: No degree or specific qualification required.
