We&rsquo;re hiring a CRM &amp; WhatsApp Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize customer engagement using Zoho CRM, and WhatsApp Marketing. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for setting up and executing automated campaigns, managing CRM workflows, and driving communication strategies across email and messaging platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Manage, configure, and maintain CRM platforms Zoho/Whatsapp Marketing.)</li><li>
Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, promotions, and customer engagement</li><li>
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM strategies with business goals</li><li>
Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance with GDPR or other relevant regulations</li><li>
Monitor KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and customer retention metrics</li><li>
Generate reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and CRM performance</li></ul>
 Skills &amp; Qualifications:
<ul><li>Proven experience with CRM/Zoho CRM/Whatsapp Marketing (minimum 1&ndash;2 years)</li><li>
Understanding of marketing automation, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing</li><li>
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Familiarity with CRM API integrations and third-party plugins is a plus</li><li>
