Job description &ndash; Manager, Accounts &amp; FinanceKey Responsibilities:Financial Planning, Reporting &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Prepare and present accurate monthly financial reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.</li><li>Provide timely, reliable financial data and analysis for strategic decision-making and planning.</li><li>Create financial models and forecasts that support multi-scenario planning and agile business decisions.</li><li>Compute P&amp;L impact and cash flow analysis for large deals and strategic investments.</li><li>Predict financial implications of decisions such as new deals, license renewals, or product investments.</li><li>Track and report realization rates per customer and return on capital employed (ROCE).</li><li>Monitor line of business investments and assess profitability.</li><li>Identify and report variances to forecast, budget, and prior year performance.</li></ul>Strategic Finance &amp; Business Partnership<ul><li>Provide actionable financial advice and insights.</li><li>Work closely with the finance team and business units to define and review metrics, KPIs, and business goals.</li><li>Prepare presentations and business cases with thoughtful analysis and clear decision framing.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on corporate initiatives and projects affecting the entire organization.</li><li>Lead efforts to identify business challenges and proactively recommend data-driven solutions.</li></ul>Operational Finance &amp; Audit<ul><li>Independently prepare company financials in compliance with applicable standards.</li><li>Manage and lead the audit process with internal and external auditors.</li><li>Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reconciliation of accounts.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Charted Accountant/MBA degree and more than 2 years of experience in finance or accounting or a related area or Inter CA with a minimum of 4 yrs experience post internship.</li><li>General knowledge of accounting / financial / operational principles</li><li>Experience developing financial reports and metrics</li><li>Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills</li><li>Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture</li><li>Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;16,523.04 - &#8377;60,443.52 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
