Petrakis is a drug free workplace.Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CDL Dump Truck Driver/Laborer to join our organization. The CDL Dump Truck Driver/Laborer will primarily be responsible for assisting the crew with the installation natural gas mains and services as a subcontractor to the local gas utility by driving Dump Truck to and from job sites as well as helping the crew with manual labor.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with the crew to safely and efficiently install gas mains and service pipelines.</li><li>Operate manual-transmission triaxle and tandem dump trucks to transport materials and equipment.</li><li>Basic labor tasks like shoveling, digging, sweeping, &amp; trenching.</li><li>Operate loaders and other machinery to load/unload materials.</li><li>Perform HDPE pipe fusion and utility locating.</li><li>Identify and support installation of existing utilities and &quot;shoot moles&quot; for service lines.</li><li>Conduct minor vehicle maintenance (oil, fuel, coolant checks; light repairs, mud flaps, lights).</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Valid Pennsylvania Class A Commercial Driver&rsquo;s License with a clean DMV and DOT record</li><li>Basic mechanical aptitude for routine truck maintenance.</li><li>Ability to safely lift a minimum of 50 lbs.</li><li>Strong teamwork and communication skills.</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>General heavy equipment operating knowledge and experience.</li><li>Experience in construction field</li></ul>**W.A.
