Job Title: Part-Time Remote Office / Medical Assistant (1099 Contractor)We are currently hiring a part-time remote Office / Medical Assistant to support administrative and patient coordination tasks.Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (No benefits) Location: Remote (Work from Home) Schedule: Part-Time (hours to be discussed) available up to three days a week, mandatory Friday availabilityRequirements:<ul><li>Must have a reliable phone, internet access, computer and printer</li><li>Ability to electronically sign documents</li><li>Comfortable making outbound and inbound phone calls</li><li>Strong communication skills (phone text and email)</li><li>Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks</li><li>Self motivated and able to work independently</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct follow-up calls</li><li>Contact healthcare providers via phone text and email</li><li>Assist with general administrative duties</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized records</li><li>Ensure timely communication between patients and providers</li><li>Maintain compliance with HIPPA protocols</li></ul>Important Note: This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
