Role Overview:
Support the legal team with research, documentation, organizing, tracking, and basic operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries.</li><li>
File and organize contracts and legal documents.</li><li>
Assist in managing the legal database.</li><li>
Assist in contract tracking and lifecycle tasks.</li><li>
Support litigation preparation and document collection.</li><li>
Assist in regulatory filing preparation under supervision.</li><li>
Provide general administrative support.</li></ul> 
Requirements

 Bachelor&rsquo;s in Law, Business, or related field.</li><li>
