Role Overview :
Own marketing performance for webook.com in Saudi Arabia across B2C growth and B2B partner success. You will have full ownership of B2C marketing and work in close collaboration with the B2B Marketing function to deliver partner-driven impact within the KSA market.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Campaign Ownership: Own campaign ideation, planning, execution, and reporting end to end across all channels.</li><li>
Marketing Calendar: Own and manage the full communications and paid marketing calendar for KSA, ensuring alignment across all channels and priorities.</li><li>
B2C Growth: Drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion across web and app, with full accountability on performance.</li><li>
B2B Collaboration: Work closely with the B2B Marketing function to plan and execute partner-related marketing initiatives in KSA.</li><li>
Partnership Success: Support B2B partners by integrating their marketing needs into webook.com plans and ensuring strong visibility and performance.</li><li>
Market Insights: Collaborate with Marketing Intelligence to generate insights, understand user behavior, and inform strategy.</li><li>
Brand Localization: Adapt global brand direction to the Saudi market with culturally relevant messaging across Arabic and English.</li><li>
Reporting: Own performance reporting across campaigns and channels, with clear insights and actionable recommendations.</li></ul> 

Requirements

Role Overview :
To lead the day-to-day performance of the marketing organization across brand, campaigns, content, creative execution, reporting, and team management.
The candidate is expected to turn strategy into action, keep teams focused on the right priorities, maintain a high standard across every output, and ensure work is delivered on brief, on time, and with measurable impact. The most important outcome of this role is to move the marketing organization to become consistently proactive. The successful candidate will actively identify cultural moments, audience opportunities, partnerships, unconventional activations, and guerrilla marketing ideas that keep webook.com visible, relevant, and ahead of the market.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage the machine while continuously finding ways to make it more creative, faster, and more effective.

Requirements

</li><li>Director-level marketing leader with experience in a high-growth consumer, technology, entertainment, sports, media, or platform business.</li><li>
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage through senior managers.</li><li>
Strong track record in integrated campaigns, content, brand, social media, partnerships, PR, and experiential marketing.</li><li>
Highly creative, with the ability to develop unconventional, culturally relevant, and guerrilla-style marketing ideas.</li><li>
Commercially and analytically strong, with confidence in budgets, reporting, performance metrics, and marketing effectiveness.</li><li>
A hands-on operator who creates clarity, maintains momentum, and ensures work is completed to a high standard.</li><li>
Proactive and decisive, bringing solutions rather than escalating problems unnecessarily.</li><li>
Able to challenge constructively, make difficult decisions, and balance creative ambition with operational reality.</li><li>
