 Full time Project Officer will be hired to work with our Project Management Unit. We are looking for the candidates who will work in Ankara to support the Project Management Team in achieving its objectives and to support the awarded projects are completed within the targeted budget, time and scope, and thus to support the targeted position of WEglobal at national and international level.

 <ul>
 <li>
 BSC degree from preferably engineering departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Candidates who are resident or want to live in Ankara
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EU projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Language knowledge of resident country (mother tongue or native level) and perfect written and oral skills in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge for planning, monitoring and coordinating projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of EU rules
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong team player with great interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexible in taking responsibilities outside of position, eager to support other units in need
 </li>

 Key Job Duties:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan, monitor and fulfil the completion of multiple project tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep daily project log with project assistance
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the organisation in project meetings, always ensuring that the contribution expected by the project director
 </li>
 <li>
 Present the project/WEglobal or any content prepared by the management for the projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with the project director and deliver or make available the work allocated to the project
 </li>
 <li>
 To ensure that project reports are prepared and approved in a timely and quality manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the progress of the project and the completion of milestones, and implement any adjustments required by the project director if necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate the project office, responsible from office administrative tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the project director to execute the deliverables of the project according to the project plan
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely and build positive relationships with project partners and provide support and ongoing assistance
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate relevant meetings regarding the progress in the project and other technical/administrative issues
 </li>
 <li>
 To carry out other tasks as assigned
 </li>
