A Structural Welder raises, places, and unites girders, columns, and other structural steel members to form completed structures or structure frameworks.
Overview of Primary Duties:
<ul><li>Reading and understanding technical drawings to perform welding and installation, involves cutting, repairing, and assembling of girders, beams, columns, and other building components to form complete structures.</li>

A Reinforcing Iron Journeyman will position and secure steel bars in concrete forms to reinforce concrete.
Overview of Primary Duties:

Job Summary:
As the Lead Paper Process Engineer, responsibilities include development and delivery of the process engineering deliverables on time, within budget and meeting quality expectations. Requires providing leadership, and technical direction of a team of process and discipline engineers on larger projects.

An Ironworker Journeyman has heavy industrial experience as an Ironworker and is skilled in all aspects of safe structural component assembly and maintenance including welding, fabrication, and stress relieving. An Ironworker Journeyman is also knowledgeable in oxyfuel cutting, identifying and installing iron and supports, and can read structural drawings and detail sheets.

Electrician Journeyman - Various Locations

<div>Job Summary:
Concrete Finisher constructs, erects, installs, and repairs concrete structures, in fixtures of wood, plywood, and patent type form systems using hand tools and power tools within tolerances that conform to drawings and specifications, as well as directing and training Concrete Finisher helpers to do the same.
Overview of Primary Duties:
<ul><li>Operate a transit/level to set grade for paving forms, establish sub-grade, and set grade pens for finished concrete grade.</li>
<li>Set forms for alleys, streets, driveways, sidewalks, ADA ramps, inlets, curbs, and concrete structure improvements.</li>
<li>Place and finish concrete to the correct grade to ensure proper drainage and smooth ride quality that adheres to all City, State, and Federal Standards.</li>
<li>Operation of electric and pneumatic tools.</li>
<li>Selects, loads, and hauls job material to the work site.</li>
<li>Direct the casting of the concrete with the truck driver</li>
<li>Pouring smoothing and leveling concrete using a rake, trowel, float, and screed.</li>
<li>Apply seal and hardening components.</li>
<li>Safely operates power vibrators to ensure the concrete is compacted.</li>
<li>Polishing surface using a power surfacing machine.</li>

<li>Safety Responsibilities and Expectations
<ul><li>Responsible for refusing unsafe work and for carrying out all work by the established Yates Safety Procedures and Work Practices</li>

<li>Advise fellow employees of hazardous situations.</li>

Qualifications:
Level III:
<ul><li>Four (4) + years of heavy industrial-related concrete finisher experience</li>
<li>NCCER Concrete Finisher journeyman certification</li>
</ul>
Level II:
<ul><li>Four (4) + years of heavy industrial-related concrete finisher experience</li>
<li>NCCER &ldquo;Performance&rdquo; Concrete Finisher journeyman verification</li>
<li>Other verified experiences or certifications with concrete finisher experience</li>
</ul>
Level I:
<ul><li>Four (4) + years of heavy industrial-related concrete finisher experience</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Read ISO's, Blueprints, P&amp;IDs</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to read and interpret instructions and document, plan, and perform work activities independently
</li><li>The degree of job responsibilities and requirements may vary depending on months of experience</li>
<li>Personal hand tools required for craft as established on the Yates Industrial Minimum Tool List</li>
<li>Successful completion of required Safety training to include, but not limited to, Confined Space, LOTO, and Working at Heights</li>
