<div>Position: Quality Manager - Data Center Construction
Location: Wichita Falls, TX - VErnon, TX - Traveling
Job Summary:
Provides leadership, coordination, guidance, and technical expertise in all areas of quality. Responsible for the overall daily operations of quality. Develops and administers quality related policies, procedures, techniques, initiatives, to ensure that all quality policies and practices are followed consistently on the project. Primary Duties:
<ul><li>Works with project manager, superintendents, and subcontractors in developing processes and procedures that effectively accomplish the goal of 100% compliant work that exceeds expectations</li>
<li>Collaboration among project team and subcontractors</li>
<li>Acts as an advocate for Yates Construction by maintaining good corporate ethics and promoting quality, at every opportunity, as a core value of the organization</li>
<li>Maintains active relationships with engineers, consultants, and industry association</li>
<li>Assists teams with developing a project specific quality management plan</li>
<li>Supports and follows up to ensure that project teams are following their project specific quality management plan</li>
<li>Builds and maintains system templates for various DFOW activities conducted</li>
<li>Prepare DFOW for project, as required in Quality Management Plan</li>
<li>Participates in project meetings</li>
<li>Conducts site visits and inspections of work in place</li>
<li>Assists teams with plan and constructability reviews</li>
<li>Read and understand specifications, reference codes and standards</li>
<li>Review and interpret contract drawings</li>
<li>Provides training and coaching for project team members to identify key project risks, related to quality</li>
<li>Assist team with risk prevention planning and follow up</li>
<li>Works closely with the Quality and Construction Science Department to ensure that we are utilizing advancements in technology to support operational excellence and reduce risk on projects</li>
<li>Act independently as CQCM while coordinating all QC functions so as not to delay construction scheduling</li>
<li>Determine, communicate, and document deficiencies and ensure they are corrected in a timely manner (NCR Log)</li>
<li>Maintain current records providing factual evidence that required quality control activities and / or test have been performed</li>
<li>Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics</li>
<li>Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specifications and contract requirements</li>
<li>Initiate three phase inspection process</li>
<li>Conduct daily observations to ensure that all three phases of inspection are undertaken and implemented as designed and document all results</li>
<li>Examine the work area to assure that all required work has been completed and is following the contract requirements and resolve any differences</li>
<li>Conduct and Chair Preparatory Meetings</li>
<li>Chair and document weekly QC meetings with internal and external stakeholders (Yates and subcontractors quality representatives) and external team members</li>
<li>Verify and document that all matters received for the project are in conformance with the approved submittal, are handled and stored appropriately, and are acceptable for use</li>
<li>Oversee daily and weekly QC/QA reports that reinforce activities that are being constructed in conformance with established standards</li>

<li>Safety Responsibilities and Expectations
<ul><li>Responsible for refusing unsafe work and for carrying out all work in accordance with the established Yates Safety Procedures and Work Practices</li>

<li>Required to wear and maintain personal PPE.</li>
<li>Advise fellow employees of hazardous situations.</li>
<li>Participate in workplace inspections.</li>
<li>Comply with statutory requirements, including duty of care.</li>
<li>Participate in required and/or assigned training.</li>
<li>Provide suggestions to improve Safety.</li>
<li>Present a mature approach to working safely.</li>
<li>Attend prestart and Safety meetings and contribute.</li>
<li>Assists with administering the site safety program as required and ensuring Trade Partner compliance with OSHA standards and Yates Site Specific Requirements and all applicable safety codes and regulations.</li>
</ul></li><li>Other related duties as needed and assigned by the Manager in support of the successful completion of the project.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>An associate or undergraduate university degree or higher (preferably in Quality Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a closely related field) is preferred</li>
<li>Other relevant education, training or work experience may substitute for bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li>
<li>Minimum of three (3) years of construction experience as a part of a quality control supervision</li>
<li>Minimum of five (5) years industrial and/or commercial construction experience</li>
<li>Experience with large/complex quality plan implementation</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>In-depth knowledge of the Construction Standards and Best Practices</li>
<li>Working knowledge of the International Building Code Knowledge and experience of diverse project type</li>
<li>Computer skills using Procore, Viewpoint, SharePoint, MS Office</li>
</ul>

Quality Manager

<div>Job Title: Asphalt Paver Equipment Operator
Location: Philadelphia, MS
Summary: 
The Asphalt Paver Equipment operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment on a construction jobsite in a safe manner. Asphalt Paver Operators will work with GPS systems including Leica and Trimble. The asphalt Paver Equipment Operator must also complete prestart checks, assist with fluid checks and maintenance, securing the equipment, cleaning, and other duties directed by the Foreman or manager.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Operating equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to the company policy, as well as manufacturers&rsquo; guidelines.</li>
<li>Performing daily maintenance and safety checks.</li>
<li>Cleaning equipment as required.</li>
<li>Ensuring that equipment is secured at the end of the shift.</li>
<li>Must foster harmonious interactions and relationships and maintain basic standards of civility in the workplace.</li>
<li>Upholds acceptable attendance.</li>
<li>Is a productive team member that supports the team by going and assisting where needed.</li>
<li>Complies with all applicable safety, environment, health and waste management policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Ability to handle a great deal of stress over long periods of time. Adheres to the code of conduct and company safety policy.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>
<li>Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen with a &ldquo;Negative&rdquo; result.</li>
<li>Must be able to complete a post- offer physical with a &ldquo;Capable&rdquo; result</li>
<li>Eligible to work in the United States</li>
<li>Be willing to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold

Working Conditions:
<ul><li>Ascend/Descend ladder 8-10 feet to access equipment operating station.</li>
<li>Keep equipment moving along specified path to ensure equipment is processing material to required specifications.</li>
<li>Remove excess built up material at the end of shift using scraper and shovel, periodically the operator may need to use jack or chipping hammers.</li>
<li>May perform other duties as assigned by Forman or Manager.</li>
</ul>
Work Environment:
This role operates in both office and active construction site environments. Candidate must be able to perform site walks, attend field meetings, and ensure on-site safety and compliance.
