You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of programmatic DOOH campaigns, including deal ID setup, trafficking across SSPs and DSPs, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery, optimize performance, and support monetization strategies.</b></p><p><b>
The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in programmatic operations, with hands-on experience with SSPs and AdOps technologies (e.g., Header Bidding) as well as programmatic deal types (such as Programmatic Guaranteed), with strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills.</b></p><p><b>
Experience in PdOOH is a strong plus, and prior roles in Ad Operations&mdash;preferably programmatic&mdash;are highly desirable. This role is distinct from digital marketing; candidates must demonstrate direct experience in programmatic AdOps.</b></p><p></p><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h4><p></p><ul><li>
Oversee programmatic DOOH campaign operations, ensuring accurate deal ID setup, validation, and activation across SSPs and DSPs.</li><li>
Experience with third party vendors integration.</li><li>
Manage the trafficking and configuration of programmatic campaigns, including creative assignment, targeting parameters, and scheduling.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate programmatic demand sources and enable scalable monetization strategies.</li><li>
Troubleshoot delivery issues such as low win rates, no bids, or incorrect targeting&mdash;providing timely resolution or escalation as needed.</li><li>
Monitor campaign performance in real time, ensuring pacing, budget utilization, and KPI achievement.</li><li>
Generate accurate reporting on programmatic campaign delivery.</li><li>
Liaise with analytics, creative, and sales teams to align programmatic operations with business objectives and client expectations.</li><li>
Provide actionable data and insights to support sales initiatives and inform strategic decisions for the management team.</li><li>
Contribute to inventory yield optimization and maximize programmatic revenue through continuous monitoring and improvement of monetization strategies.</li></ul><p></p><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Technical Skills</b></h4><p></p><ul><li><b>
A Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.</b></li><li>
Equivalent hands-on experience with proven technical expertise may also be considered.</li><li>
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, including PMP, PG, and Open Market deal types.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with DOOH SSPs and DSPs (e.g., Broadsign Reach, Hivestack, Vistar, Displayce).</li><li>
Familiarity with content management systems and digital signage platforms.</li><li>
Solid foundational knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, and JSON, to facilitate troubleshooting and technical integrations.</li><li>
Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting delivery data and optimizing based on insights.</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to build and analyze pivot tables to extract actionable insights and support decision-making</li><li>
Solid troubleshooting skills related to ad serving, delivery, and targeting mismatches.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple programmatic campaigns with competing priorities.</li><li>
Clear communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.</li></ul><p></p><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Accuracy in deal ID setup and campaign trafficking.</li><li>
Resolution of programmatic issues within SLA (&lt;2 hours first response, &lt;24 hours resolution).</li><li>
Weekly and monthly programmatic performance reports with optimization recommendations.</li><li>
Maintain optimal campaign pacing and ensure smooth delivery across all live campaigns.</li><li>
