JOB DUTIES / GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: 
This is considered to be an entry level laborer position that has limited to no experience or knowledge in the HVAC industry or plumbing. This position is responsible for the less technical work on the job site such as carrying equipment, assisting in plumbing install and maintaining the cleanliness of the site. This technician does not function unsupervised in any situation.</div>
<ul><li>General site clean-up.</li>
<li>Assist in the lay out, assembly, install, and maintenance of plumbing and HVAC systems.</li>
<li>Assist in the repair and replacement of plumbing and HVAC systems, supports, and equipment.</li>
<li>Document work by completing paperwork and backup documentation in our Paycor system.</li>
<li>1 to 3 years&rsquo; experience in the construction industry preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including ability to lift up to 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Work to increase personal growth and knowledge of plumbing and HVAC applications.</li>
<li>Self-starter, high energy level.</li>
<li>Must have all tools necessary to be successful in this role.</li>
<li>Must be punctual with a good attendance record</li>
<li>Some overtime work may be required</li>
 <li>Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Also requires frequent bending and lifting, standing and walking over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, and safely climb ladders.</li>

Plumber Levels Overview:
We offer a progressive structure aligned with industry standards (apprentice to journeyman to master/senior levels). All roles are safety-sensitive and require working in physically demanding conditions (lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent bending/lifting, standing/walking on uneven terrain or in confined spaces, safely climbing ladders/scaffolding).
<div>Plumber I (Entry-Level / Apprentice) Perfect for motivated beginners with little to no experience in plumbing. Work under close supervision while learning fundamentals of commercial plumbing systems. Key Responsibilities:</div>
<ul><li>Assist with layout, assembly, installation, and maintenance of water, drainage, waste, and gas piping systems.</li>
<li>Help install/repair fixtures, valves, fittings, and equipment (sinks, toilets, water heaters, etc.).</li>
<li>Carry tools/materials, perform general site clean-up, and maintain a safe/organized workspace.</li>
<li>Complete basic paperwork and documentation.</li>
<li>Actively learn plumbing codes, best practices, and commercial applications.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>No prior experience required (1&ndash;3 years in construction/labor preferred but not mandatory).</li>
<li>Strong commitment to safety, reliability, teamwork, and positive attitude.</li>
<li>Self-starter with high energy and eagerness to learn.</li>
<li>Willingness to grow in commercial plumbing systems.</li>

Plumber II (Mid-Level / Advanced Apprentice or Early Journeyman) For tradespeople building experience, ready for more hands-on technical work under supervision of a Plumber III or higher. Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Repair, replace, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, valves, and drainage in commercial settings.</li>
<li>Assist with (and increasingly handle) installation, testing, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems.</li>
<li>Read/interpret basic blueprints and specifications.</li>
<li>Perform pressure testing, leak detection, drain cleaning, and basic system checks.</li>
<li>Support site clean-up, material handling, and documentation.</li>
<li>Build expertise in plumbing materials and commercial applications.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Minimum 3+ years relevant plumbing/construction experience (commercial preferred).</li>
<li>Solid understanding of water/drainage systems, fixtures, and basic codes.</li>
<li>Commitment to safety/quality, reliability, and teamwork.</li>

Plumber III (Journeyman-Level) Independent journeyman role for skilled professionals handling complex work and starting to mentor others. Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Independently plan, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in commercial/industrial settings.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot/diagnose issues, perform testing/balancing, unclog drains, and ensure code compliance.</li>
<li>Read/interpret blueprints, specs, and work orders accurately.</li>
<li>Assemble/install piping (copper, PVC, etc.), fittings, and systems to specifications.</li>
<li>Mentor Plumber I/II team members and share best practices.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other trades, document work, and support efficient project execution.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in commercial/industrial plumbing.</li>
<li>Mastery of plumbing systems, materials, codes, and installation techniques.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with high-quality, safe results.</li>
<li>Leadership mindset to guide juniors; strong problem-solving and communication.</li>
<li>Relevant certifications (e.g., journeyman license, backflow prevention) or equivalent mastery a plus.</li>
</ul>
Plumber IV (Senior / Technical Lead / Master-Level) Advanced senior role with mastery and supervisory duties&mdash;collaborate with foremen and leadership on planning, oversight, and execution. Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Partner with General Foreman/Superintendent to develop task plans, conduct site surveys, perform takeoffs, and provide reports/recommendations.</li>
<li>Coordinate/supervise on-site plumbing activities: scheduling, materials, compliance, daily progress, and safety.</li>
<li>Oversee/direct crew work, delegate tasks, mentor/train team members, and ensure adherence to standards/codes.</li>
<li>Conduct inspections, participate in system startups/testing, coordinate with stakeholders (engineers, contractors, owners).</li>
<li>Document incidents/reports (weekly safety/production), implement corrective actions, and drive project efficiency.</li>
<li>Proactively resolve complex issues and maintain high standards.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>5+ years progressive experience with mastery of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and design.</li>
<li>Strong leadership: direct teams, make decisions impacting success, resolve conflicts.</li>
