Key Responsibilities<ul><li>

Develop and organize career-related programs, workshops, and events to inform students about various career options and required qualifications.</li><li>
Assist students with college and university applications, scholarship opportunities, and resume writing.</li><li>
Connect students with internships, job shadowing opportunities, and mentorship programs.</li><li>
Conduct career assessments and facilitate discussions regarding career choices, interests, and goals.</li><li>
Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate career education into the academic curriculum.</li><li>
Maintain relationships with local businesses, colleges, and organizations to promote student engagement and opportunities.</li></ul> 

Requirements

<li>A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Career Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in career counseling or guidance, preferably in an educational setting.</li>
<li>Knowledge of various career paths, college admission processes, and workplace readiness skills.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing program logistics and providing clear guidance.</li>
<li>Ability to stay informed about labor market trends and changes in educational pathways relevant to students' career choices.</li></ul></div>

We are currently looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team and support our growing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Oversee and ensure accurate recording of daily financial transactions.
</li><li>Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
</li><li>Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
</li><li>Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
</li><li>Perform and review bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
</li><li>Support internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors.
</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>
Fluency in Arabic &amp; English.</li><li>
5 to 7 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably within education or a similar sector).
</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
</li><li>High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
</li><li>Professional certification (e.g., SOCPA, ACCA, CPA) is a plus.</li></ul></div>
