Urgent Openings for SCM - Executive based in Sachin GIDC.1. Supply Planning &amp; Procurement<ul><li>Develop and execute supply plans aligned with production schedules and demand forecasts.</li><li>Source and manage critical raw materials and components specific to battery manufacturing.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term supply agreements with domestic and international suppliers.</li><li>Mitigate supply risks related to raw material volatility, geopolitical factors, and regulatory constraints.</li></ul>2. Vendor &amp; Supplier Management<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for battery-grade materials and equipment.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance on quality, delivery, cost, and ESG compliance.</li><li>Collaborate with suppliers on continuous improvement, localization, and cost-reduction initiatives.</li></ul>3. Production Planning &amp; Inventory Control<ul><li>Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to align material availability with manufacturing plans.</li><li>Optimize inventory levels (RM, WIP, FG) to balance working capital and service levels.</li><li>Implement MRP/ERP systems for accurate planning and real-time visibility.</li></ul>4. Logistics &amp; Distribution<ul><li>Manage inbound logistics for hazardous and regulated materials.</li><li>Oversee outbound logistics to OEMs, integrators, and customers.</li><li>Ensure compliance with transportation regulations (DG, lithium battery shipping standards).</li></ul>5. Cost Optimization &amp; Performance Metrics<ul><li>Drive cost reduction through strategic sourcing, process improvements, and waste reduction.</li><li>Track and report key supply chain KPIs (OTIF, inventory turns, supplier OTIF, cost savings).</li><li>Support budgeting and forecasting activities.</li></ul>6. Quality, Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure adherence to battery industry standards (ISO, IATF, UN38.3, REACH, RoHS, etc.).</li><li>Support audits related to quality, safety, and sustainability.</li><li>Promote safe handling, storage, and transportation of battery materials.</li></ul>7.
