About your role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive travel executive to manage the complete end-to-end process of visa applications, passport assistance, travel insurance, and flight/train bookings for both group and customized tours. This role requires strong coordination skills, a keen eye for compliance, and the ability to keep up with dynamic updates from embassies, consulates, tourism boards, and ministries. The goal is to ensure every traveler experiences a smooth and hassle-free documentation process.You will be reporting to Sr. Manager&mdash;GIT OperationsWhat you will be doing:<ul><li>Handling end-to-end process from booking flights for both group and customized tours, ensuring timely and cost-effective options, to coordinating with airlines for documentation, etc through Amadeus GDS</li><li>Uploading group bookings on software</li><li>Coordinate internally with Travel Consultants and handle Visas and Insurance for the same</li><li>Passport applications, renewals, and updates like name/address changes</li><li>Coordinate and issue travel insurance policies based on the destination and tour duration</li><li>Handle complete visa processes for international tours, including documentation checks, form submissions, and appointment bookings</li><li>Maintain clear communication with guests throughout the visa and travel documentation journey</li><li>Vehical Arrangements for Group Journeys as well as Customised Journeys with our partners</li><li>Maintain proper records of all applications and prepare weekly reports on visa, bookings, and documentation status</li></ul>What we need from you:<ul><li>Amadeus ticketing certification and hands on experience is a must.</li><li>Key skills: Communication, documentation, and coordination skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of visa formalities for popular destinations.</li><li>Qualification: Graduate or diploma in Travel &amp; Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.</li><li>Experience: 3-6 years in visa processing, ticketing, or travel documentation (preferred in a travel agency or tour company).</li><li>Work hours: 10:30 am &ndash; 07:00 pm</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Ravet, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Marathi, Hindi, English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Waari&trade; is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, generate enquiries, and create engaging travel content. You will plan and execute digital and offline marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and collaborate across teams to ensure impactful results.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Generate leads and enquiries through online and offline marketing channels.</li><li>Develop and execute content strategies for campaigns, events, partnerships, and tour launches.</li><li>Working on all marketing and promotional content for all ATAs/ATPs associated with Waari, Sponsorship Events, Travel Trade Fairs, Business &amp; Social Groups, etc.</li><li>All Creative Jobs follow up with Creative Artist to make it done and proceed with in Time limits.</li><li>Manage website/blog content, social media planning, posting, and performance tracking.</li><li>Create engaging copy for ads, blogs, emails, and destination content.</li><li>Plan and run digital ad campaigns (WhatsApp, Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) with defined budgets.</li><li>Track and analyze performance metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS, engagement) and optimize campaigns.</li><li>Research travel trends, competitor strategies, and market insights for continuous improvement.</li><li>Support offline promotions, events, and partnership marketing activities.</li><li>Collaborate with sales, admin, and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3-5 years of marketing experience (travel/lifestyle preferred).</li><li>Should adhere to strict timelines, targets and should have experienced creative inputs.</li><li>Strong writing, storytelling, and research skills.</li><li>Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API, SEO, Google Analytics, and social media tools.</li><li>Knowledge of Print media, Sponsorship events, Networking forums, Distributor channels and Agent management</li><li>Experience managing ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube.</li><li>Ability to multitask, manage projects, and deliver results within timelines.</li><li>Passion for travel and creating engaging customer experiences.</li><li>Should be highly competitive and be able to manage a team with utmost efficiency.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
