Ownership and key responsibilities<ul><li>Being the Quality representative during the whole product development phase (not dedicated to contract) , according to the Wabtec Transit procedure TR-S-ENG003</li><li>Ensuring that Safety Critical characteristics Management Process is applied , managing the Control Plan Coverage</li><li>Issueing the Quality Return of EXperience for the main products , issueing and collecting all LLCs</li><li>Monitoring Quality Results of the main products (internal EoL and customer claims) leading improvement action plan , also for ToT/ToP products</li><li>Performing technical expertise on returned parts (0 km or warranty) when a 2&deg; level analysis is needed, including on field analysis where necessary.</li></ul>
Main Authorities and Missions<ul><li>Development : be the APQP rules keeper, and fullfil the quality requirement for each product development phase according Product Dev milestones TR-S-ENG003</li><li>Ph1 : Project Initialization &amp; Project launch &ndash; Ph2 : System definition - Ph3 : Detailed product design &ndash; Ph4 : process and Product validation &ndash; Ph5 : on field validation</li><li>Definition and monitoring of Control Plan Coverage and critical characteristics :</li><li>Ensuring that Safety (FC1)/Critical (FC2) products have all critical/important characteristics covered into CPC , according to BS-S-QUA-001 standard</li><li>Ensuring that Design Standards are respected, DFMEA is performed and Safety/Critical items are clearly identified and consistently transferred into drawings and technical documents</li><li>Ensuring that Safety/critical and Important characteristics are transferred to Suppliers during S-APQP activity.</li><li>Contributing to the drawing review and validation plan definition in case of CF1 component modification or resourcing ; contributing to documents review issued by supplier for PPAP</li><li>Ensuring the Incoming Inspection control plan are consistently with drawings critical/important characteristics identifications.</li><li>Ensuring that the safety/critical and important characteristics identified during P-FMEA are checked during first sample assembly , internal FAI and serial production, and consistently transferred in Operation control plan during assembly/testing process</li><li>PL and Product QRQC :</li><li>Leading the root cause analysis and the PDCA/FTA in case of critical/hot issue on his products .</li><li>Checking the &quot;transversalization&quot; and evaluate the Impact of the issue on the other project, country, etc....</li><li>Supporting SQ Team during technical expertises at supplier on root cause analysis and to confirm the corrective action effectiveness at EoL</li><li>Elaborating LLC for 0km and WR Customer claim, mandatory in case of safety/hot issues.</li><li>Contribute to the Product Performance improvement in projects:</li><li>Collaborating to the Product reliability Growth follow-up (technical expertise, REX integration, &hellip;)</li><li>Sharing the product REX with project team , ensuring that all applicable LLC are applied on new projects.</li><li>Tenders : Contributing to the tender review in case of specific requests about product REX</li><li>Collaborating to the EoL (First pass Yield) monitoring and improvement action plan definition . Can stop the production line in case of major deviation or process NC.</li><li>Transfer of technology:</li><li>ensuring the sharing of product and process REX with the receiving team , until the internal FAI is performed</li><li>Performing regular monitoring of product conformity (i.e EoL remote monitoring) , yearly on site process/product audit</li></ul>
Skill<ul><li>Working experience in Quality Operations and/or product Quality ; or former Working experience in Engineering</li><li>Knowledge on Quality Mehodologies : QRQC, 8D, PDCA/FTA , D-FMEA, P-FMEA, Reliability Growth, R&amp;R.</li><li>Languages: English (mandatory) Degree: Technical degree</li></ul>

Mission
Key missions of the position:<ul><li>
Establish Zero Breakdown concept.</li><li>
Execution of new projects, Budget Planning &amp; Control</li></ul>
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Reduce Unplanned maintenance and improve equipment uptime.</li><li>
Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment to ensure that production loss is kept to a minimum.</li><li>
Preparation of PM Master plan &amp; Adherence to preventive maintenance for all equipment&rsquo;s</li><li>
Arrange training to subordinates the mechanics and electricians on proper maintenance of machines.</li><li>
Provide services like air, water, electricity, etc., without intermission.</li><li>
Critical spare parts Management.</li><li>
Implement new facilities for any project requirement.</li><li>
Responsible for PMD Related Legal Requirements &amp; certification.</li><li>
Monitoring Easy track request in maintenance and implementing the actions.</li><li>
Implement &amp; follow ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001, ISO 50001 EnMS system procedures to improve HSE performance.</li><li>
Responsible for machinery and equipment&rsquo;s by undertaking preventive / predictive maintenance work regularly.</li><li>
Establish AMC for critical equipment.</li><li>
Planning and Implementation of Layout changes as per the requirement.</li><li>
Improve equipment uptime by reducing breakdown hours.</li><li>
Energy Conservation &amp; Electrical Safety requirement.</li><li>
Ensure critical spares for new facilities &amp; Implement Spares Management system.</li><li>
Monitor &amp; maintain the maintenance expenditure in line with budget. Establish AMC for all critical facility and planning of spares to eliminate firefighting.</li><li>
