 Wachter is currently accepting applications for a Dispatcher with industry experience with large single-site operations in the electrical field to work in our Lowell, AR office. Ideal candidates should have the willingness to learn new skills. This position dispatches service tickets and provides administrative and operational support.

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Highschool Diploma or equivalent required
 </li>
 <li>
 College Education or degree highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Talking on the phone with peers and technicians.
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. This is a day shift with occasional overtime, as client needs may dictate
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly proficient with the use of computers, including email, spreadsheets, and database Microsoft Office programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail, and organizational and follow-up skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent time management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to task switch efficiently
 </li>
 <li>
 Must type at least 40 WPM
 </li>
 <li>
 Network troubleshooting, Cat-5 Cabling/Fiber knowledge a plus
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintaining an updated, organized, and fast-paced schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Confidently be able to call technicians and dispatch them on jobs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track COI's.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage deliverables for completed jobs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creation of BIS's for billing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to all required project safety requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Dispatch service tickets to available technicians Nationwide
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide any necessary documentation for service tickets
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist Project Manager with daily operational tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide administrative and logistical project support
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and maintains project files
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in project scheduling and billing
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain the company&rsquo;s high standard of quality and professionalism with regard to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior, and appearance
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign
 </li>
 <li>
