 Role Overview
 
 We are looking for a
 
 Performance &amp; Growth Marketing Lead
 
 to establish and scale our growth engine. This role is highly hands-on at the start, focusing on performance marketing, funnel optimization, and analytics. Over time, the Lead will grow into a team-building role, training and mentoring junior marketers.
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and lead the
 
 performance and growth marketing strategy
 
 across acquisition, activation, and retention.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and manage
 
 paid campaigns
 
 (Google, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok), optimizing CAC and ROI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Set up dashboards and reporting systems to track performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, funnel conversion).
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and optimize
 
 Conversion API (CAPI) integrations
 
 and ensure accurate event tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage
 
 MMP tools
 
 (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar) to measure, attribute, and optimize campaign performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Launch and manage
 
 growth experiments
 
 : A/B tests, referral programs, onboarding improvements, lifecycle campaigns (email, push).
 </li>
 <li>
 Diversify acquisition channels beyond paid ads (SEO, partnerships, organic social).
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with product, content, and sales to align growth with overall business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recruit and mentor junior team members/interns as the function expands.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Requirements
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital marketing (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in scaling acquisition and improving ROI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical background; fluent with GA4, Looker Studio, Mixpanel/Amplitude.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with CAPI tools
 
 
 (Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions) and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with lifecycle marketing tools (email automation, CRM).
 </li>
 <li>
 Bilingual in Arabic and English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and able to build processes from scratch.
 </li>
