Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and optimize Waffarha&rsquo;s CRM system, ensuring seamless execution of customer communication strategies.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and implement customer journey flows to increase retention, activation, and engagement.</li></ul><ul><li>Segment users based on behavior, demographics, and other factors to personalize communication.</li></ul><ul><li>Create and manage multi-channel campaigns (SMS, email, push notifications, in-app messages) to engage</li></ul>and retain customers.<ul><li>Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure data hygiene and accuracy within the CRM system.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.</li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role. With at least 3&ndash;5 years of relevant experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., MoEngage, HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to analyze customer data and turn insights into actionable marketing strategies.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in creating and optimizing automated customer journeys.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul><ul><li>A passion for improving customer experience and driving engagement.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;400.00 - E&pound;500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Cairo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Which CRM systems have you worked with (MoEngage, CleverTap, Braze, etc.)?</li><li>Do you have experience managing CRM activities for mobile applications?</li><li>What are your salary expectations?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>CRM Specialist: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
