 Qualifications

 Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role.
 </li>

 Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., MoEngage, HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to analyze customer data and turn insights into actionable marketing strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in creating and optimizing automated customer journeys.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 </li>

 Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
 </li>
