 Role Description
 
 
 
 This is a full-time on-site Barista role based in Burlington, MA. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Responsibilities include crafting quality beverages, managing food preparation, and maintaining a welcoming and organized caf&eacute; environment. The Barista will work directly with customers, ensuring their needs are met and delivering an outstanding caf&eacute; experience.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 Barista and Food Preparation skills, with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment

 Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a positive and friendly environment

 Effective Communication skills to interact with customers and team members efficiently
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively

 Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
