Responsibilities/Qualifications:

What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div><div>
To help give our guests the best store experience, we need you to:</div><ul><li>
Greet guests with a positive, outgoing, &ldquo;ready-to-help&rdquo; attitude.</li><li>
Help customers find specific products, offering recommendations on merchandise based on their needs.</li><li>
Accept and process orders, operate the POS register and resolve returns issues.</li><li>
Promote special sales, offers and awareness of our rewards program.</li><li>
Manage inventory by stocking and cataloging products. This includes inputting data into computer systems.</li><li>
Help pet parents navigate the selfwash stations and explain the washing process.</li><li>
Stock the bathing supply caddies.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
What You Need to Get the Job Done</b></div><ul><li>
Support each other by acting as back-up when extra help is needed.</li><li>
Be knowledgeable about animals and our products in order to provide outstanding neighborly service.</li><li>
Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>
Candidates must pass a drug screening (in applicable states) and be 16 years or older.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
