Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Courier Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and packages efficiently and safely to various locations. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle heavy lifting when necessary. As a Courier Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while providing exceptional service to our clients.Duties<ul><li>Drive assigned vehicles, including a 26' box truck, to deliver packages to designated locations.</li><li>Load and unload goods from the vehicle, ensuring safe handling of items.</li><li>Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.</li><li>Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.</li><li>Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.</li><li>Utilize equipment such as a pallet jack when necessary for loading and unloading.</li><li>Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery status.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficient in driving various types of vehicles, including vans and commercial trucks.</li><li>Experience with route driving and navigating efficiently within urban environments.</li><li>Ability to operate a pallet jack for loading and unloading tasks.</li><li>Strong physical capability for heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job.</li><li>Previous experience in warehouse operations is beneficial.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.</li></ul>*Hazmat Cert is a plusJoin our team as a Courier Driver where your skills will be valued, and your contributions will make a difference in our operations!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
