Guest Services ReceptionistThe Guest Services Receptionist is responsible for customer service, booking pet reservations, processing payments, processing enrollments, and administrative duties in support of these functions. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining &amp; cleaning the front desk area. Minimum age requirement is 16 years old. The Guest Services Receptionist reports to the members of the management team.Primary Duties:1. Customer Servicea. Our priority is to provide excellent service to the clients by greeting everyone that enters &amp; offer assistance.b. Answer telephone calls promptly &amp; professionally, offering assistance.c. Show appreciation to our clients for visiting and encourage them to use our services.d. Give tours of the facility and answer questions about our services, policies, and procedures.e. Coordinate with pet care staff when opening or closing to ensure proper pet care and client communication. 2. Reservations &amp; Invoice Processinga. Enter &ldquo;complete&rdquo; reservations into system.b. Receive payments &amp; process invoicesc. Balance cash drawer at end of day3. Check-In processinga. Confirm current client contact information &amp; care instructions for pet for all services being provided. Check in pets as they arrive. 4. Processing Enrollment Paperwork and Required Vaccinationsa. Process enrollment paperworkb. Monitor, follow-up, and document pet vaccinationsOther Job Duties:1. Special Projects as assigned 2. Administrativea. File/Scan paperwork in client filesb. Restock flyers and business cards as neededc. Make client reminder calls3. Othera. Cleaning tasks as outlined in reception duties checklistb. Assist new staff in learning procedures &amp; serving clientsc. Other Duties as assignedMinimum Experience, Skills, Certification or Academic Background Required 1.
