The Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations of different sites. The role requires working closely with the labors and providing excellent customer service clients.Job Descriptions: -<ul><li>Must have minimum 5 years of Interior Fit out &amp; Joinery projects experiences.</li><li>Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors &amp; suppliers. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors &amp; suppliers and various project stakeholders.</li><li>Contact the respective regulatory authorities to ensure documents are well received.</li><li>Excellent understanding of the design process is necessary from conceptual, interior architectural elements, construction documents, specification and administration to completion.</li><li>Execute a day-to-day operation related with project management for Fit out, refurbishment, design &amp; build including scope, procurement, communication, time, risk etc.</li><li>Enforce rules, regulations, procedures, health and safety measures at site and surpassing standards of quality.</li><li>Create a project plan to monitor and track progress.</li><li>Manage the budget of the assigned project.</li><li>Regularly communicate with architects, engineers, designers and contractors to ensure project success.</li><li>Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.</li><li>Prepare and submit production update reports regularly and as needed, inclusive but not limited to daily activities, deviations from targets, returns and other related issues.</li></ul>Requirements: -<ul><li>Good Knowledge and understanding in quotation preparations, estimations, AutoCAD, Ms. Excel etc</li><li>In-depth knowledge of joinery processes, materials, and production timelines.</li><li>Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Knowledge in preparing &amp; submitting documentation for authority submissions (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).</li><li>Valid UAE Driving license</li><li>Ready to Join Immediately.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable with a salary ranging between 5000 Dhs to 7000 Dhs?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Operations Manager - Interior Fit Out &amp; Joinery: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving License (Required)</li></ul>
