This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales &amp; Marketing Executive. The Sales &amp; Marketing Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing sales proposals, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess strong expertise in using mircrosoft office &amp; tally accounting system.<ul><li>Preferred candidates on cancelled / visit visa since immediate hiring.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including income, expenses, and transactions using tally accounting system.</li><li>Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li><li>Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and prepare necessary tax documents.</li><li>Payroll: Must prepare monthly payroll sheets including overtime calculations and process salaries.</li><li>Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments with following up with clients and suppliers.</li><li>Quotation &amp; Invoicing: Preparing quotation and invoices based on instructions from Managers.</li><li>VAT &amp; Corporate Tax: Should be able to do basic VAT &amp; corporate tax computations and filings.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (both written and spoken).</li><li>Accounting Software: Proficiency in Tally accounting system.</li><li>Accounting Entries: Proficiency in accounting debit &amp; credit entries.</li><li>MS Office: Proficiency in MS office is a must (Mainly excel and word).</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience.</li><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Salary all inclusive up to AED 3,000.</li><li>Visa will be provided by the Company.</li><li>Medical insurance will be provided by the Company.</li><li>Yearly tickets and annual leaves.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable with an all-inclusive salary up to AED 3,000 per month?</li><li>Are you immediately available to join?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Microsoft Excel &amp; Word: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Tally: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>
