</b></div><div>As a Product Manager (Real Estate) at Wahed, you will be the driving force behind our crowdfunding property investment product within the Wahed app. You will be responsible for the end-to-end user experience: from how users discover and invest in properties to the complexities of digital ownership and dividend distribution. This is a high-impact role involving global launches. You will adapt our real estate offering for different regulatory landscapes while ensuring a seamless, high-growth experience for our global user base. Job Description:</b></h3><ul><li>
Scale Real Estate Crowdfunding product: Lead the product strategy for our real estate vertical, focusing on increasing AUM (Assets Under Management) and user retention.
</li><li>Global Expansion: Localize and launch real estate products across various geographies, navigating different legal frameworks and investor requirements.
</li><li>Optimize the Investor Journey: Enhance the end-to-end experience, including property discovery, investment flows, portfolio tracking, and secondary market liquidity.
</li><li>Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with the Real Estate Investments team, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to digitize complex asset-backed workflows.
</li><li>Data-Driven Iteration: Monitor investment patterns and user behavior to optimize conversion funnels and product-market fit in new territories.
</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Align technical roadmaps with commercial targets, ensuring the product supports both retail demand and asset supply.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Job Specification:</b></h3><ul><li>
3&ndash;5 years of product management experience in FinTech, banking, or financial services.
</li><li>Demonstrated success in shipping customer-facing B2C products.
</li><li>Strong preference for experience in digital banking environments, payments, cards, or user wallets.</li><li>
Strong familiarity with Agile product development processes.
</li><li>Proficiency in hands-on data analysis, A/B testing, and metrics-driven decision-making.</li><li>
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, balancing input from engineering, design, compliance, and business stakeholders.
</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
</li><li>Startup mentality: hands-on, execution-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity.
