</div>We&rsquo;re looking for a Senior UX Designer with strong research, UX, and visual design skills to help shape the next generation of Wahoo&rsquo;s digital experience. You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to create intuitive, user-centered solutions that elevate the athlete experience across Wahoo&rsquo;s ecosystem.
Responsibilities
<ul><li>Design highly engaging user interfaces for Wahoo&rsquo;s consumer-facing mobile application.</li>
<li>Ensure a seamless user experience across Wahoo&rsquo;s digital touchpoints, including the mobile app, bike computers, and website.</li>
<li>Apply strong visual design expertise to craft simple, intuitive, and aesthetically refined interfaces.</li>
<li>Contribute to and evolve the Design System to ensure consistency and scalability.</li>
<li>Use design thinking to navigate ambiguity and solve complex product challenges.</li>
<li>Rapidly iterate using low-to-mid-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.</li>
<li>Conduct usability testing to validate assumptions and refine designs.</li>
<li>Define design requirements informed by user research, product goals, and technical constraints.</li>
<li>Perform qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape engaging product experiences.</li>
<li>Ensure a seamless, cohesive experience across all Wahoo digital products.</li>
<li>Work closely with engineers to maintain design intent and optimize implementation.</li>
</ul>Qualifications
<ul><li>5+ years of experience in UX design within an agency, startup, or product-focused environment.</li>
<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating research-driven, user-centered designs.</li>
<li>Expertise in visual design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.</li>
<li>Ability to design simple, intuitive interfaces with a systematic approach.</li>
<li>Experience designing consumer-facing digital products.</li>
<li>Strong collaboration skills with the ability to give and receive feedback effectively.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Figma.</li>
<li>Experience designing for iOS and Android platforms.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.</li>
<li>Experience working in agile environments.</li>
<li>Bonus: Expertise in designing for devices with limited technical capabilities, such as bike computers.</li>
<li>Bonus: Experience working with hardware or integrated systems.</li>
