Job Overview We are seeking a Part Time Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background civil litigation focused in creditors rights and foreclosures. This role requires licensure in either New Mexico, Texas or Colorado.Duties<ul><li>Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients to reach favorable settlements.</li><li>Prepare and draft legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs.</li><li>Represent clients in litigation proceedings and court appearances as necessary.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation of all case-related activities.</li><li>Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure effective case management.</li><li>Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of foreclosure law and creditors rights.</li><li>Proficient in litigation processes with excellent negotiation skills.</li><li>Exceptional writing skills for drafting legal documents clearly and concisely.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal issues.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
