It allows businesses to recover lost revenue, consumers to access great deals, and contributes to a more sustainable environment, a win-win-win for all.Role OverviewWe're looking for a creative, driven Marketing &amp; Content Executive to join our team. You'll own Wajba's content and visual identity across social and digital channels, lead campaign execution, and pitch in on day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, stories) &mdash; from scripting and filming through to editing and publishing</li><li>Design on-brand graphics for social media, in-app campaigns, vendor materials, and partnership collateral</li><li>Manage and grow Wajba's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn &mdash; bilingual (Arabic &amp; English)</li><li>Support marketing strategy and campaign planning &mdash; from ideation through to performance tracking and reporting</li><li>Write copy for push notifications, in-app banners, and promotional materials in both Arabic and English</li><li>Support vendor onboarding by creating menu content, photos, and marketing assets</li><li>Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as part of the core team</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong video creation skills &mdash; comfortable scripting, filming, and editing short-form content</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)</li><li>Fluent in Arabic and English &mdash; able to write naturally and persuasively in both</li><li>Solid understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement</li><li>Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply</li><li>Currently residing in Bahrain and registered with the Bahraini ministry of Labor</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to grow within an early-stage technology startup</li><li>Exposure to Bahrain's F&amp;B and startup ecosystem</li><li>A collaborative, mission-driven team that genuinely cares about what they're building</li><li>Real ownership and creative freedom from day one</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
