Job Title: AccountantResponsibilities:<ul><li>Manage all accounting transactions accurately and timely.</li><li>Prepare budget forecasts and financial plans.</li><li>Publish financial statements on schedule.</li><li>Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.</li><li>Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.</li><li>Ensure timely processing of bank payments.</li><li>Compute taxes and prepare tax returns in compliance with regulations.</li><li>Maintain and manage balance sheets and profit &amp; loss statements.</li><li>Report on the company&rsquo;s financial health, liquidity, and performance.</li><li>Audit financial transactions and supporting documents.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of financial data and perform database backups as necessary.</li><li>Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.</li></ul>Requirements and Skills:<ul><li>Proven work experience as an Accountant.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).</li><li>Hands-on experience with accounting software such as FreshBooks and QuickBooks.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other analytical tools.</li><li>Experience with general ledger functions.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
