&#11088; Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Instruction &amp; Curriculum Delivery:</li><li>Conduct engaging and effective theoretical and practical classes on interior design principles, concepts, and history.</li><li>Teach relevant design software, including AutoCAD (2D &amp; 3D), SketchUp, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and 3ds Max/V-Ray.</li><li>Cover core topics like Space Planning, Furniture Design, Material Selection, Colour Theory, Lighting Design, and Construction Techniques.</li><li>Student Assessment &amp; Guidance:</li><li>Develop, administer, and grade assignments, projects, and examinations.</li><li>Provide constructive and personalized feedback to students to help them improve their design skills and portfolio.</li><li>Mentor students on their final projects, model making, and portfolio development to meet industry standards.</li><li>Practical &amp; Industry Engagement:</li><li>Organize and supervise practical activities, workshops, and site visits for real-world exposure.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies, incorporating them into the curriculum.</li><li>Assist the placement cell by providing industry-relevant training and preparing students for interviews.</li><li>Administrative Duties:</li><li>Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades.</li><li>Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure curriculum consistency and quality.</li><li>Assist in curriculum development and updates as per industry requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Educational Background: A Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized institution.</li><li>Professional Experience:</li><li>Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience as a practicing Interior Designer or Architect.</li><li>Prior experience in teaching or training students in Interior Design/CAD software is highly preferred.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Expert proficiency in industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop is usually a must-have).</li><li>Strong manual drafting and sketching abilities.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of building materials, construction documentation, and local building codes.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Attributes<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and ideally local languages like Marathi/Hindi for better student interaction).</li><li>Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.</li><li>A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire creativity and critical thinking in students.</li><li>Patience, approachability, and a commitment to student success.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: &#8377;9,890.35 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 18 per weekWork Location: In person
