As the Human Resources Administrative Assistant, you&rsquo;ll play a key part in keeping our HR, Benefits, Learning &amp; Development, and Talent Acquisition functions running smoothly. This is a highly collaborative role where you&rsquo;ll work closely with team members across the company, but it also calls for someone who takes ownership and pride in managing details and staying organized.  What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records, including digital employee files.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;Support the day-to-day administration of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including course assignments, tracking, and reporting.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;Manage the company training calendar and invitations.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;Compile and prepare reports on employee data from multiple systems and sources.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;Maintain and update People Team content on the company intranet (SharePoint).
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;Draft and prepare a variety of HR-related letters, communications, and documents.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;Assist with reconciliation and processing of HR and benefits-related invoices.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;Distribute standard HR and benefits email communications.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;Coordinate the logistics and storage of materials used for career fairs and recruiting events across the company.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;Track employees&rsquo; professional registrations, certifications, and renewal deadlines.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;Organize and coordinate the company&rsquo;s employee service award program.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;Create, maintain, and update internal HR forms, templates, and process documentation.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;Support various stages of the employee onboarding process to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;Administer required safety trainings and acknowledgements for employees.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;Coordinate the distribution and collection of employee surveys, and assist with compiling results.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and special projects across HR, Benefits, Learning &amp; Development, and Talent Acquisition

 What You Bring

 Proficient in all related administrative skills, i.e., document preparation, grammar, spelling, formatting, proofreading, and the use of various office equipment.&nbsp;

 &nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 Relevant experience providing administrative and/or executive support, with a demonstrated ability to manage tasks and responsibilities effectively.

 &nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills will be key to successfully collaborating with the team and interacting with all levels of staff.

 &nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

 &nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 Comfortable using technology and able to quickly learn new tools; experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required. This role will work in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Learning Management System (LMS), SharePoint, Teams, Templafy, Deltek, and various third-party portals, but being willing to learn new programs is more important than prior experience with any specific system.

 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion is a fundamental requirement for this role.
