 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing

 Lead and implement site-wide QHSE strategy aligned to corporate and mining regulatory standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive measurable safety performance, targeting industry-leading LTIFR and zero-fatality outcomes
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee risk management, contractor compliance, and incident investigations with timely corrective action
 </li>
 <li>
 Embed a proactive safety culture through leadership engagement, audits, training, and environmental controls
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Bring
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 8-10+ years QHSE experience, including at least 5 years within a mining environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Recognised qualifications such as NEBOSH Diploma, OSHA or equivalent, plus a relevant degree
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong working knowledge of mining legislation, environmental compliance, and emergency response
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven leadership capability across multicultural and remote site operations
 </li>
