Job Title: UI/UX DesignerLocation: Mohali PunjabEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who also possesses strong front-end development skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating engaging user interfaces, transforming design concepts into functional web pages, and ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.</li><li>Convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive WordPress websites with pixel-perfect accuracy.</li><li>Translate UI/UX wireframes and prototypes into clean, well-structured HTML/CSS code.</li><li>Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that balance functionality with design.</li><li>Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.</li><li>Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX practices, and front-end development technologies.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong design portfolio.</li><li>Strong expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools.</li><li>Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.</li><li>Hands-on experience with WordPress (theme customization, page builders, and custom coding).</li><li>Expereince of converting PSD to Figma, Figma to WordPress, and design-to-code workflows.</li><li>Understanding of basic JavaScript/jQuery is a plus.</li><li>Good eye for detail, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.</li></ul>Good to Have (Optional):<ul><li>Experience with front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO best practices for design and development.</li><li>Motion/interaction design skills (e.g., using After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools).</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Opportunity to work on diverse projects and bring your creativity to life.</li><li>Collaborative and growth-driven work culture.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits.</li><li>Freedom to experiment with design and technology to create impactful digital experiences.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
