Position summary</h1>
We are looking for a relentless Affiliate Manager to build and lead our external influencer network. This role isn&rsquo;t for a standard corporate account manager&mdash;it is for someone who has &quot;been there and done that.&quot;
We are looking for a builder. You have successfully grown your own audience in the past, so you understand the algorithms, the grind, and the language of the creator economy. Now, you are ready to pivot from being the talent to managing the talent. You will identify, recruit, and manage a roster of external finance creators, influencers, and community leaders, empowering them to promote WallStreetBets and our suite of tools to their audiences.<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
What you&rsquo;ll do</h1><ul><li>
Recruit &amp; Scout: actively hunt for high-potential finance creators across X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram who align with the WSB mission. You know how to spot talent before they go viral.</li><li>
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary mentor and manager for our external affiliate network. You speak their language because you've been in their shoes.</li><li>
Program Strategy: Design and execute the roadmap for our influencer program, including commission structures, incentive tiers, and creative challenges to keep our affiliates motivated.</li><li>
Content QA: Review external affiliate content to ensure it hits the right tone, remains compliant with financial regulations, and effectively converts viewers into WSB users.</li><li>
Performance Tracking: Analyze the ROI of individual influencers. Identify who is driving real value versus vanity metrics, and double down on the winners.</li><li>
Asset Distribution: Work with our internal creative team to supply your army of influencers with high-converting hooks, graphics, and talking points.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
What you bring</h1><ul><li>
Creator Experience: You have built a personal audience of your own (on any major platform). You understand what makes a post go viral and how to build community trust.</li><li>
Experience: 2-4+ years in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Talent Management.</li><li>
The Eye: You can distinguish between a &quot;grifter&quot; and a genuine creator. You know who has real influence and who just bought bots.</li><li>
People Skills: You are a natural networker. You can slide into DMs, build rapport quickly, and negotiate deals that make sense for both sides.</li><li>
Data Literacy: You understand the difference between CPM, CPC, and CPA. You can look at a dashboard and tell us exactly which influencers are profitable.</li><li>
Hustle: You are comfortable working with creators across different time zones and adapting to the 24/7 nature of social media.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">

Position summary</h1>
We are looking for a visionary UI/UX Designer to join our Engineering team and shape the visual and functional future of the WallStreetBets mobile app and website. In this role, you will be building intuitive, high-energy, and entertaining yet informative experiences that help users make better financial decisions.
You will stand at the intersection of serious financial tooling and internet culture. Your challenge is to make institutional-grade data accessible to the everyday trader while retaining the distinct &quot;meme-centric&quot; identity that makes WSB unique. We need a designer who understands that a user interface should be as exciting as the market volatility itself, without sacrificing clarity or usability.<h1 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
What you&rsquo;ll do</h1><ul><li>
End-to-End Design: Lead the design process from conceptualization to hand-off, creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for both web and mobile applications.</li><li>
Data Visualization: Build world class real-time market data tools (charts, option chains, heatmaps) that are intuitive, actionable, and visually stunning.</li><li>
User Research &amp; Testing: Collaborate with users to understand the unique behaviors of the retail trader. Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on community feedback.</li><li>
Design System Management: Build and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across our products while allowing for rapid iteration by the engineering team.</li><li>
Bridge the Gap: Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure design feasibility and proper implementation, advocating for the user at every stage of development.</li><li>
Gamification: Design engaging features that reward user participation and community interaction, blending social media dynamics with financial tools.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
What you bring</h1><ul><li>
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally within fintech, trading platforms, or high-traffic consumer social apps.</li><li>
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a mastery of typography, color theory, layout, and, most importantly, complex data visualization and mobile-first design.</li><li>
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Figma (our primary tool)</li><li>
User-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of user-centered design principles (UCD) and the ability to defend your design choices with data and logic.</li><li>
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fully remote, global environment.</li><li>
Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where priorities can shift quickly.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
