Job Vacancy: Admin / HR / Digital Marketing OfficerA Electromechanical &amp; Contracting Company is looking to hire an Admin Officer who will also handle some HR and Digital Marketing tasks.Job Responsibilities:Administrative Duties (Admin):<ul><li>Handle daily administrative correspondence and emails.</li><li>Coordinate meetings and schedules.</li><li>Prepare reports and follow up with management.</li><li>Organize and maintain company files and records.</li></ul>Human Resources Duties (HR):<ul><li>Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee records.</li><li>Prepare and maintain employee files.</li><li>Coordinate with the accountant regarding payroll.</li><li>Follow up on visas, labor cards, and related documents when required.</li></ul>Digital Marketing Duties:<ul><li>Manage company social media accounts.</li><li>Post basic content about company services and projects.</li><li>Respond to inquiries and forward them to the concerned department.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in an administrative role (construction or engineering background is a plus).</li><li>Basic knowledge of HR functions.</li><li>Knowledge of social media platforms.</li><li>Good command of Microsoft Office.</li><li>English language proficiency (Arabic is an advantage).</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary: AED 3,000 (All Inclusive).</li><li>Stable working environment.</li><li>Opportunity to gain multi-disciplinary experience.</li></ul>Location: [Sharjah - ind.18 -Meliha Road]Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 per month
