We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fit-Out Designer (3D Interior Designer) to join our interior fit-out team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong design visualization skills, experience in commercial and residential interiors, and an excellent understanding of fit-out execution and materials.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop 3D interior concepts, mood boards, and visual presentations for client approvals.</li><li>Prepare space plans, layout drawings, and detailed fit-out drawings using AutoCAD and 3D software.</li><li>Collaborate with the project and site teams to ensure design intent is achieved during execution.</li><li>Select and specify materials, finishes, and color schemes suitable for each project.</li><li>Attend client meetings to present design concepts and incorporate feedback.</li><li>Work closely with joinery and MEP teams to ensure coordinated and practical designs.</li><li>Prepare as-built drawings and documentation as required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in interior design and fit-out (UAE experience preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop.</li><li>Strong understanding of fit-out materials, joinery, and finishing details.</li><li>Excellent visualization and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality interior projects.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE fit-out standards and municipal approval processes.</li><li>A creative portfolio demonstrating 3D design and completed projects.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

he Freelance Interior Fit-Out Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, and driving project acquisition in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. The role focuses on identifying potential opportunities, promoting fit-out services, and closing sales to meet company targets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior fit-out, renovation, joinery, and turnkey project sectors.</li><li>Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and industry events.</li><li>Establish and maintain strong client relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and property owners.</li><li>Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with client requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate pricing and service offerings.</li><li>Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.</li><li>Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging project opportunities.</li><li>Maintain an updated CRM/database of clients and prospects.</li><li>Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Proven experience in interior fit-out or construction sales (preferably in UAE/GCC).</li><li>Strong networking and client acquisition skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.</li><li>Understanding of fit-out costing, design, and project execution processes</li></ul>Job Type: Part-time
