 About the Role
 
 
 
 Wallaby Search &amp; Placement is seeking an experienced and driven Business Analyst to join Tigris Fulfillment Partners&rsquo; rapidly growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and optimizing infrastructure across accounting, customer support, business development, supply chain operations, and more.
 
 
 
 
 
 Reporting directly to the VP of Business Development, the ideal candidate is a business-process engineer who sees every existing system as an opportunity for improvement. At Tigris, you&rsquo;ll never be siloed into one job function. Instead, one day, you could be building in-house systems that save time and boost productivity, while the next, you could be assisting Fortune 500 customers who require analytics or digital content support.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 You Will
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot across teams and business units with a guiding light of, &ldquo;Why did something break somewhere?&rdquo; or, &ldquo;How could this be improved?&rdquo;
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform enterprise-wide analytics on business performance, create or enhance technology solutions, and/or assist customers with data and content needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Work within Tigris&rsquo; tech systems to find and eliminate variance (API and transaction failures)
 </li>
 <li>
 Learn new skills, tools, and best practices each and every day
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 You Have
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 BA/BS in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain (or related field)
 </li>
 <li>
 0-3 years of experience in business analysis, data science, and/or process improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and other database tools (Python, SQL, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 A knack for solving difficult problems, probing all sources for answers
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong teamwork skills with an open mind to always learn new things
 </li>
 </ul>
