Wallowa County Grain Growers is searching for a full-time Accounts Receivable person for our main office.The Accounts Receivable/Reception position will greet customers, take payments, apply them to accounts, and help customers resolve questions regarding their account. Th AR/Reception position will assist customers with the purchase and redemption of stocks. This position is responsible for answering a busy, multi-line phone with courtesy and efficiency, directing calls and taking messages. The AR/Reception position balances the cash drawer and records daily sales into Excel, prepares daily bank deposits and delivers to bank. This position will also pick up mail from post office and distribute accordingly.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.1. Manage a busy multi-line phone system with courtesy and efficiency2. Enter daily sales data into Excel spreadsheet3. Prepare stock report4. Prepare daily bank deposit5. Run daily errands to bank and post office6. Balance cash drawer daily7. Receive and process customer payments8. Support and assist the WCGG accounting department9. All other duties as assigned.Competencies/Requirements1. Experience as front desk reception preferred2. Knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel, Word, and Outlook3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills4. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability5. Valid driver licenseThis job operates in a professional office setting.
