GENERAL FUNCTION
</b></div><div>The Manager HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to Leadership Operations, driving the execution of key EssilorLuxottica HR programs and initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, performance management, recruiting, compensation planning, and employee relations. Serving as a critical strategic partner to leadership, this role will build capability, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and deliver measurable results that enhance both people and business performance.</div>

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Be a trusted HR partner to Operations leaders by aligning people strategies with business goals to execute initiatives that boost performance, efficiency, and productivity</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with leaders and employees to engage with shifting business priorities and evolving workforce needs</li>
<li>Coach and advise leaders on leadership skills, decision-making, and team development to impact overall organizational capability</li>
<li>Lead workforce planning by using financial and operational insights to right-size staffing, control labor costs, and improve efficiency</li>
<li>Analyze workforce data (headcount, scheduling, productivity, etc.) to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities to manage costs and deliver measurable results</li>
<li>Work with leaders to spot organizational and talent gaps and help design and implement practical workforce solutions that solve real business challenges</li>
<li>Support talent initiatives such as succession planning, performance management, and pay-for-performance to keep pipelines strong and build bench strength</li>
<li>Drive employee engagement with proactive strategies and action plans that build stronger culture, accountability, and retention</li>
<li>Guide leaders and teams through change initiatives&mdash;acquisitions, restructurings, or process overhauls.</li>
<li>Provide hands-on guidance to leaders on employee relations, including performance, conduct, and conflict resolution</li>
<li>Lead highly complex employee relations issues and partner with the Employee Relations team on Tier 3 cases to ensure employee matters are handled consistently, compliantly, and fairly while promoting a positive, inclusive, and accountable workplace</li>
<li>Collaborate across functions to implement consistent HR practices and foster continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to bring scalable, consistent solutions that drive ongoing impact and organizational improvement</li>
</ul>
<div><b>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial (or equivalent experience)</li>
<li>5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in an HRBP or HR Manager role within Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Distribution</li>
<li>Proven success leading change, boosting engagement, and coaching leaders to build stronger teams and capabilities</li>
<li>Strong communicator and trusted partner who can influence and collaborate effectively at all levels in complex, matrixed environments</li>
<li>Skilled at analyzing data, problem solving, and ability to handle sensitive issues.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems</li>
<li>Ability to travel up to 40% domestically</li>
</ul>
<div><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Master&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business, or related field; advanced HR certification (SHRM or HRCI certification)</li>
<li>Bilingual capabilities <b>(Spanish)</b></li>
<li>Experience supporting large-scale and/or multi-site operational environments with complex workforce needs</li></ul><br>

Pay Range: 99,446.60 - 145,054.06</div>
<div>
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.</div><br>
