Your expertise in dental billing, coding, and health information management will support our commitment to delivering exceptional dental care. We are seeking a motivated individual with strong computer skills and a passion for providing outstanding patient service to join our team and help us maintain a smooth-running, efficient clinic environment.Duties<ul><li>Greet patients warmly and manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy</li><li>Schedule appointments efficiently using dental office management software such as Dentrix</li><li>Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance verification, and handle billing processes including medical collection procedures</li><li>Assist with clinical intake procedures, including collecting medical history and explaining treatment plans to patients</li><li>Coordinate with dental staff for care plans, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience working in a dental clinic or medical office environment is highly preferred</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations effectively</li><li>Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dental practice management software like Dentrix ascend</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and the ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently</li></ul>Join us in delivering compassionate care while supporting the operational excellence of our busy speciality practice!
