<li>You have automotive sales experience (3-5+ years desired; leadership experience preferred) and a history of long-term employment</li>

Compensation:
<ul>
<li>Estimated Total Earnings: $125,000&ndash;$150,000 annually</li>
<li>Compensation Structure: Base salary/draw plus performance-based incentives</li>
<li>Incentive Opportunity: Earnings are driven by individual and dealership F&amp;I performance, with uncapped earning potential</li>

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute the overall F&amp;I strategy of dealership</li>
<li>Work with Sales Managers and Customer Specialists to set sales objectives and increase F&amp;I performance</li>
<li>Follow company rules for safeguarding customer information at all times</li>
<li>Verify that every customer is being offered ancillary products per Walser Policy</li>
<li>Train and manage staff in company policies and ensure adherence to all company policies</li>
<li>Daily reporting to include blue sheet audit, F&amp;I performance tracking</li>
<li>CIT support for funding and system issues (i.e. DMS, FUSE)</li>
<li>Offsite/out of state deal structure &amp; compliance</li>
<li>AFIP certification and store F&amp;I compliance adherence</li>
<li>Deal involvement with customers and side by side with managers</li>
<li>During peak business hours: credit interview, deal submission, menu involvement, etc.</li>
<li>During non-peak business hours: side by side deal involvement with mangers at all stages of F&amp;I process</li>
<li>Executing action plans to develop underperforming sales managers</li>
<li>Working with sales managers to create action plans to develop underperforming customer specialists</li>
<li>In-store training</li>
<li>Daily morning CS training</li>
<li>Daily small group CS training</li>
<li>Daily 1:1 CS and manager training</li>
<li>Weekly sales manager training</li>
<li>New sales manager onboarding for F&amp;I related topics</li>
<li>Sales manager F&amp;I test outs</li>
<li>CS advanced F&amp;I test outs</li>
<li>Ensure that any employee relations issues or concerns are addressed and escalated to HR when necessary</li>
<li>Monitor and assist in the implementation of company initiatives and legal compliance measures and ensure the communication of company news on a regular basis</li>
<li>Ensure Walser service processes and scripts are followed by employees</li>
<li>Support the career and professional development of staff</li>
<li>Lead by example and be an advocate for staff</li>

What You Bring:

Compensation: $20.00-$23.00/hr

POSITION SUMMARY

Lamborghini Minnesota is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer / Content Producer responsible for producing high-quality video content, reels, long-form content, short-form content, rollers, edits, and event coverage.

This role is execution-focused and reports to the Marketing &amp; Media Manager. The ideal candidate understands current social trends, cutting-edge editing styles, automotive content, and the pace required to create consistent, premium dealership media.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Create reels, long-form content, short-form content, rollers, edits, and event coverage.</li>
<li>Film and edit dealership vehicles, deliveries, events, inventory features, lifestyle content, and brand content.</li>
<li>Support the Marketing &amp; Media Manager content strategy and publishing calendar.</li>
<li>Stay current on trends, formats, pacing, editing styles, and platform behavior.</li>
<li>Assist with event coverage and recap content.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Inventory Photographer &amp; Content Specialist on vehicle content needs.</li>
<li>Maintain organized video files, project files, and exported assets.</li>
<li>Help produce content that supports lead generation, brand awareness, and dealership reputation.</li>
</ul>
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Experience creating reels, short-form video, long-form content, and social media edits.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of current content trends and modern video styles.</li>
<li>Ability to shoot rollers and automotive content safely and professionally.</li>
<li>Editing capability and strong attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to work evenings, weekends, and dealership events as business needs require.</li>
<li>Professional attitude, reliability, and ability to follow creative direction.</li>
<li>Position is contingent upon successful completion of background check and MVR review if vehicle operation is required.</li>
</ul>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Automotive videography experience.</li>
<li>Luxury or exotic automotive content experience.</li>
<li>Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.</li>
<li>Experience covering events.</li>
<li>Experience with social-first editing, hooks, pacing, and vertical video formats.</li>
<li>Drone certification/experience is a plus if applicable and properly compliant.</li>
</ul>
