Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)Organisation: Mukim Ayurvedic Agencies &amp; Clinic Experience: 1&ndash;4 years preferred Job Type: Full-time, In-office Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Location: On-siteKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Call new patient leads and follow up on existing enquiries</li><li>Do outbound calling from provided databases and lead lists</li><li>Respond to patients on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook &amp; calls</li><li>Handle appointment booking, rescheduling &amp; follow-ups</li><li>Greet patients at the reception, manage walk-ins professionally</li><li>Maintain patient records, registers &amp; daily entries</li><li>Handle email communication with patients and vendors</li><li>Do basic accounts checking, billing coordination &amp; record maintenance</li><li>Maintain daily clinic operations support and front-desk discipline</li><li>Ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality service experience</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong communication skills in Hindi &amp; Punjabi (English preferred)</li><li>Comfortable with phone calling, WhatsApp &amp; social media replies</li><li>Basic computer knowledge: Email, Excel, WhatsApp Web, data entry</li><li>Polite, confident, presentable and patient-friendly personality</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle front desk pressure</li><li>Past experience in clinic, hospital, sales, front office or calling role is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Work with a trusted Ayurvedic brand established in 1965</li><li>Stable working hours: 10 AM &ndash; 6 PM</li><li>Respectful clinic environment</li><li>Growth opportunity for serious performers</li><li>Hands-on experience in healthcare operations &amp; patient management</li></ul>Job Type: Internship Contract length: 2 monthsPay: &#8377;2,500.00 - &#8377;3,000.00 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
